CREAMY GOCHUJANG PASTA
Quick gochujang pasta, combining korean spice with Italian cuisine. It’s the perfectly spicy and comforting creamy.

Ingredients
Pasta
- 300 g pasta of choice
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 4 spring onion, thinly slices
- 3 tsp gochujang paste
- 1/4 cups plant-based heavy cream
- 1/4 cups reserved pasta water
- 100 g plant-based parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Start by cooking the pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat a skillet with oil to medium high heat and add garlic and spring onion. Cook until the onion softens.
- Lower the heat to medium and add gochujang, plant cream, pasta water, parmesan and soy sauce. Leave to simmer until creamy, about 5 minutes.
- Pour the cooked pasta into the sauce and toss until well coated. Adjust with salt to taste before serving.
