Edamame Miso Sesame Dip
This easy, edamame sesame dip is ready in just 10 minutes, once you’ll try it, you’ll want to eat it all the time!

Ingredients
Dip
- 250 g shelled edamame
- 2 spring onions, roughly chopper
- 1 tbsp white miso
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Add edamame, green onions, miso, tahini, sesame oil, lime juice to a small food processor and blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as needed. If you want it lighter, you can add a tablespoon of cold water and blend again.
