GREEN PEA PESTO PASTA
This pasta is a creamy, bright and vibrant. It comes together in less then 15 minutes, which makes it perfect for those busy weeknights.

Ingredients
Green Pea Sauce
- 200 g green peas, thawed
- 1/2 cups plant-based pesto, homemade or store brought
- 400 ml coconut milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Other
- 300 g pasta of choice
- 1/2 cups plant-based parmesan, grated
- fresh basil, to garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Add all sauce ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the sauce over the pasta and toss until well combined. Finish by topping with plant parmesan and a few leaves of fresh basil.
