Mango Coconut Oatmeal
Embrace summer at any time of the year with this delightful coconut oatmeal. This oatmeal is rich and creamy topped mango, and bursting with tropical flavours.

Ingredients
Oats
- 1/4 cups oats
- 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 tbsp syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp coconut, grated
Toppings
- 1/2 fresh mango, sliced
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1/2 tbsp cashews, chopped
Instructions
- Combine oats, water, coconut milk, syrup, grated coconut and salt in a small saucepan. Heat to medium heat, stirring frequently (to prevent the oatmeal from sticking), until the oats turn thick and creamy, about 7 minutes.
- Pour the oatmeal into bowls and top with mango, hemp seeds, cashews and coconut flakes.
