Pizza Dough
This pizza dough recipe is great and gives perfect crisp pizza crust every time. Skip the pizza delivery because you only need 6 basic ingredients to begin!

Dough
- 600 g flour
- 300 ml water
- 6 g yeast
- 3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Pour water and yeast into a kitchen assistant and mix until the yeast dissolves. Then add in flour, sugar and lastly salt. Knead in a kitchen assistant on low speed until no dry flour is visible, cover with plastic wrap and leave to rest 15-20 minutes.
- Once the dough has rested, knead in kitchen assistant again on medium/low speed for 10-15 minutes, by the end, add the olive oil to keep the dough from sticking to the bowl.
- Flip the dough onto the kitchen counter and divide into equal, amount of servings, pieces. Form into round balls before covering to rise for 3-5 hours. (Works great to rise the dough in food containers with lids)
- Once the dough pieces have doubled in size, make your pizzas by flipping the dough into a pile of flour before carefully, using your hands, form the dough into a thin round pizza crust.
- Bake on high-heat for the best result.
