Soft Baked Tahini Muesli

The tahini baked oats contributes to a soft texture with a wonderfully rich nutty taste - creating a new fun type of muesli/granola that is packed with goodies.

Muesli
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/4 cups black sesame seeds
- 1/4 cups white sesame seeds
- 1/4 cups almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cups olive oil
- 1/4 cups agave syrup
- 1/4 cups tahini
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, sesame seeds, almond, cinnamon, cardamom and salt.
- Heat a small pot to low heat, add the olive oil, syrup and tahini and whisk until smooth. Stir into the oats until evenly coated.
- Spoon the mixture over the baking sheet and bak in the oven until golden, about 15 minutes, stirring once half way through.
