STIR FRY TEMPEH NOODLES
Looking for a quick weeknight dinner, look no further. These noodles bring rich and comforting flavours in no time. You’re gonna wanna make these on repeat.

Ingredients
Noodles
- 400 g noodles, of choice
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 200 g tempeh, crumbled
- 200 g spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp light syrup
- 2 tsp chili oil
- 1 tsp crushed sichuan pepper
- 3 tbsp water
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Start by cooking the noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat a skillet with oil to medium high heat and add onion. Cook until fragrant. Add garlic and tempeh to the skillet and cook until the tempeh has a nice golden color.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add the remaining ingredients (soy sauce, light syrup, chili oil, sichuan pepper, water, sesame seeds and salt) along with the cooked noodles. Toss until everything is well combined.
