Swedish "Chokladbollar"

Let’s have a FIKA. A classic recipe of “chokladbollar” or chocolate balls, that will have you go in for a second round - or a third!
Tips:
Makes about 20 balls.

Ingredients
Chocolate Balls
- 150 g plant-based butter
- 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 cups dark muscovado sugar
- 3 tbsp cacao
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp cold coffee
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups oats
Other
- 1 cups pearl sugar
Instructions
- Add plant butter, sugar, cacao, vanilla sugar, salt and coffee to a bowl and mix until well combine.
- Add the oats and continue mixing until evenly combined in the mixture.
- Form into evenly sized balls and roll in pearl sugar.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
