Vegan Flatbread "quick naan"
This tasty, light and fluffy yeast-free easy vegan naan flatbread recipe is ready in just 20 minutes. Once you make this recipe, you’ll never want to buy pre-made ones again.
Note:
Recipe makes 4 large flatbread or 6 smaller once.

Ingredients
Dough
- 280 g flour
- 160 g plant-based yoghurt
- 100 ml cold water
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients (flour, plant yoghurt, water, baking powder, olive oil and salt) together in a large bowl. You’ll probably need to use your hands to bring it all together. Knead until it becomes a fairly sticky ball. If necessary, add a little more flour to make it manageable.
- Divide it into equal pieces. Using your hands dusted with flour, form each one on a floured surface to a somewhat round shape.
- Heat a skillet (without oil) to high heat . Cook each flatbread for a few minutes on each side until dark golden spots appear and it puffs.
