Vegan Minty Green Pea Cream
This cream is light and fresh. It also comes together really quick and is full of flavour from the peas.

Ingredients
Peas Cream
- 2 cups green peas, thawed
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup plant-based sour cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor add peas and pulse until they are ground up. Add the remaining ingredients (mint, plant sour cream, lemon juice) and mix until preferred consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
