Vegan White Bean Hummus
This simple white bean hummus is creamy and lemony, the perfect condiment for dipping, spreading, or using as a binder.

Ingredients
Hummus
- 460 g white beans, strained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
Instructions
- To a food processor, add all ingredients (white beans, tahini, lemon, water, garlic and salt) and mix until smooth, about 7 minutes
