We all know that keeping up with just everyday chores can be a struggle, but using this meal plan - you’ll know what to shop and what’s for dinner - which will benefit in more ways than one. Save time, energy and money - cooking these recipes designed to enchant seasonal vegetables and boost your cooking motivation - even on those stressful weeknight. Feel free to rearrange the recipe order/servings to fit your schedule and needs - but as standard the meal plan is designed for 7 dinners/4 persons with one recipe being created as a double batch recipe. This weeks double batch recipe is the “Mustard Lentil Stew”, which is prefect for cooking double servings. Store in sealed containers, refrigerated, for a nice quick reheat dinner on the weeks busiest night. Enjoy!
